Install dependencies using pip install -r requirements.txt
Get your Telegram API Credentials from my.telegram.org. See this guide for instructions on how to get your API credentials.
Create an OpenAI API key. See this guide for instructions on how to get an API key.
Create a .env file in the root of the project directory with the following contents:
Replace the placeholders in the .env file with your own values. Note that TELEGRAM_SAVED_MESSAGES_CHAT_ID is the chat ID of your Saved Messages chat.
Run python main.py to start the bot.
