            I figured out why we need this

            required-api: param name="#target"

            OPTIONAL(not compulsory)

            It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

            On the command line:. Before testing (For running the test you will need to install capybara web kit before the bundle).
            sudo -u postgres psql
            CREATE ROLE events WITH CREATEDB LOGIN PASSWORD 'pass123';
            Exit postgres console \q
            Make sure you have your yarn packages up to date. If not:
            yarn install --check-files
            sudo apt-get update
            sudo apt-get install qt5-default libqt5webkit5-dev gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-tools gstreamer1.0-x
            bundler install
            rails db:setup
