kandi X-RAY | Chunks Summary
A CMS for Rails apps which deal with user generated content. Chunks is a Rails engine providing out-of-the-box management and rendering for pages composed of self-contained chunks of content. Each Chunk is comprised of an edit view, a public view, and a view model which will be updated, validated, and invoked by the ChunksPublicController if server-side interaction is required. The Chunks controller quickly delegates all responsibility for logic and page flow to an individual Chunk view model while the framework gets out of the way altogether, allowing for extremely easy extension. QUESTION
I am trying to understand various available AGL specific options that we can give in config.xml and I am referring to the link below
https://docs.automotivelinux.org/docs/en/halibut/apis_services/reference/af-main/2.2-config.xml.html
This is the sample config.xml file
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Mar-06 at 09:48I figured out why we need this
required-api: param name="#target"
OPTIONAL(not compulsory)
It declares the name of the unit(in question it is main) requiring the listed apis. Only one instance of the param “#target” is allowed. When there is not instance of this param, it behave as if the target main was specified.

Install Chunks
On a UNIX-like operating system, using your system’s package manager is easiest. However, the packaged Ruby version may not be the newest one. There is also an installer for Windows. Managers help you to switch between multiple Ruby versions on your system. Installers can be used to install a specific or multiple Ruby versions. Please refer ruby-lang.org for more information.
