kandi X-RAY | freeslick Summary

freeslick is a Scala library typically used in Database, Oracle applications. freeslick has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities and it has low support. However freeslick has a Non-SPDX License. You can download it from GitHub.

Available on maven central. Free software continuation of the Slick MS-SQL driver, with a full suite of integration tests against actual MS-SQL (2008) instances. We did have tests running against 2000 and 2005, but it's hard to find CI environments to test against and they are quite old. Let us know if you need a driver maintained for those versions. We have now added Oracle and DB2 profiles as well. These have been written from scratch. If there is some driver/database combination you are looking for, that isn't covered yet. Let us know.

Cannot start sbt for Scala Play! project (sbt.ResolveException: unresolved dependency)
            Asked 2017-Jan-16 at 09:25

I checked out Scala project which based on Play! framework. When I start sbt for the project, it fails (see log below.)

When I try the same for sample Play! Scala project - all works fine (sbt starts and eclipse command generates Eclipse project.)

Also, my colleague claims he used that project with no problem on different machines.

            ...

You seem to be using scala 2.10, which is incompatible with Play 2.5 according to https://www.playframework.com/documentation/2.5.x/Migration25. What is happening is that sbt is looking for the scala 2.10 version of the plugin and it can't find it. You should probably change your build.sbt file to use a newer scala version.

All of this is a bit of a conjecture, however, because you don't specify which project you checked out, so I can't test it.
