kandi X-RAY | cmix Summary

cmix is a C++ library typically used in Utilities, Compression applications. cmix has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities, it has a Strong Copyleft License and it has low support. You can download it from GitHub.

cmix version 18 Released by Byron Knoll on August 1, 2019. cmix is a lossless data compression program aimed at optimizing compression ratio at the cost of high CPU/memory usage. cmix is free software distributed under the GNU General Public License. cmix works in Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X. At least 32GB of RAM is recommended to run cmix. Feel free to contact me at byron@byronknoll.com if you have any questions. Use "make" to compile cmix. In Windows, cmix can be compiled with MinGW (or Cygwin (cmix can only compress/decompress single files. To compress multiple files or directories, create an archive file using "tar" (or some similar tool). For some files, preprocessing using "precomp" may improve compression: Compile with "-Ofast -march=native" for fastest performance. These compiler options might lead to incompatibility between different computers due to floating-point precision differences. Compile with "-O3" to fix compatibility issues (at the cost of slower performance).

Binding usercontrol property to custom class
            Asked 2017-Sep-30 at 09:51

In my application I'm using a usercontrol called "ChannelControls" which I instance 6 times, on the mainwindow.

A UserControl should never have an "own" instance of a view model. Instead, it should have dependency properties that are bound to properties of an "external" view model.

Your ChannelsControl would declare a property like this (where I suppose that string is not an appropriate type for a count):

            Fine positionning slider thumb
            Asked 2017-May-30 at 10:00

I know this is not the best UX possible but still, I wish to achieve this :

Anytime shift is pressed, I'd like my usercontrol (basically a slider) to have its Thumb (and so its Value) to move twice slower as it should normally.

This is what I have so far.

What you could do, is process the changes to Value every single iteration so you can handle the current "speed" of the drag.

For this example I'm assuming you have the DependencyProperties Minimum, Maximum and Value like any Control based on RangeBase (Slider, ProgressBar, etc.).

A lot of variables in this example are unneccessary and only serve to demonstrate the steps in the calculation

You can't bind to anything because you very carefully broke your DataContext:
