The subcalc utility is used for subnet calculation and IPv6 DNS PTR record generation. subcalc takes command line arguments in a similar format to ifconfig(8) so the synopsis should be familiar to the user. Given an address family, address and a netmask/prefix length, subcalc will calculate the number of hosts and address ranges of the specific network. Specifying the `print'' option to to the end of the command line will result in every single network address for the specified net- work being printed to stdout. subcalc was designed for network engineers which setup fine grained firewalls, packet filters, access control lists and network subdivisions for both IP and IPv6 servers and networks.

            I'm a network engineer, new to programming, so if I leave out any details do let me know. Trying my best to explain the problem here :) Getting a solution to this problem is very important for me, so any inputs would be highly appreciated.

            Problem Statement: I wrote a python script, which is used by a brython script (used in html like javascript, converted to javascript at compile time). Basically when I click on a button on my webpage it triggers a python script which I have mentioned in my html like this:

            I have a jQuery code table to display the error messages after some comparison via if else condition with fixed values, but it's not working, I want if else condition with it's table input typed values.

            You have PHP code running within a JavaScript function, which unless you're doing something wacky server-side, isn't going to do what you want. Instead, change those lines to alert(...), at least to test it out.
