Calculations on user input in Entry box Python tkinter
            Asked 2018-Apr-08 at 08:33

I just have a quick question regarding calculations from a user input via the Entry Box. I'm confused as to why the calculation isn't being performed in the "def concentration" function labelled "CCalc". I imagine the error is coming from the code being unable to get the user input, "tbschk", from the previous function. Is there something else I need to look into to figure how to do this correctly?

You cannot get the value which you are displaying as label that is what the error is telling you, to resolve that i created entry widget named e1 and didn't position in the window so that i can get the value in it.You window looks same but now able get the result to display.

I can't get entry data in python 3.6
            Asked 2017-May-02 at 22:59

I made small medical calculator program for python learning.

In this program, when i press "Calc" button, it should be displayed in my command line. But it doesn't work.

Moreover, I suspect that the defined function is operated without button click.

What do i have a mistake?

In the line where you're making the button, you are actually calling the fena_click function. You need to pass the function itself, which you can do by omitting the paranthesis:

If on Ubuntu, check you have the prerequisites to build this package. If you run into errors because your user doesn't have write access to /usr/local/bin then.
