QUESTION
I am working on a React Web Application Where I fetch and display student data from an API and I keep getting the error,
Warning: Each child in a list should have a unique "key" prop. Check the render method of Accordion
Accordion.js being one of my components of my Web Application
Any Help to fix this issue would be appreciated :)
I have tried passing a key prop with an id to the Accordion component from a parent component, but that did not seem to work. Could it be that I need to pass a key in my test score paragraph?

QUESTION
What's the point of the name of a single file vue component?
In this example:
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-16 at 00:25A good justification for the name
is that lets say you have a naming convention to your files and for components.
For example if all components are named with what they are but not appended with comp
(ie: Inventory.vue
instead of InventoryComp.vue
) and when you use them you want to be more explicit about what they are (components) so you want to use this component like this: . An easy way to do this is to use the
name
property and set it like this in your Inventory.vue

I want to create components dynamically with custom Refs , and I want to use those refs and use with functionalities like measure() etc.
I created following code
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 19:50- Yes, React refs need to be forwarded when using functional components.
- You can't use the
useRef
hook within the loop.
Fix creating the refs. Use a React ref to hold an array of created refs, and pass them by mapped index.

I am building an app following the Rest Countries API challenge from frontendmentor (https://www.frontendmentor.io/challenges/rest-countries-api-with-color-theme-switcher-5cacc469fec04111f7b848ca). I have run into a problem. When clicking on the router link in countryDetail.js, the url changes but the component doesn't get re-rendered unless the page is refreshed.
CountryDetails.js
...ANSWER
Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 17:07The issue seems to be that you are already on the "/country/:name"
path and are clicking to visit another country. The router correctly updates the URL in the address bar, but because CountryDetail
is already mounted it neglects to recompute the item
and allCountries
state. This is because the useEffect
hook only runs once when the component mounts.
The name
param (match.params.name
) is actually a dependency for the GET requests, it should be added to the useEffect
hook's dependency array.
