Angular AUTO alert-dismissible isn't working

I'm trying to make the alert AUTO dismissible (after few seconds) working in my angular 5 app but didn't succeed. Found many threads describing the same symptom, followed their solutions but with no luck in my case. Still didn't figure out what is missing!

JQuery and BootstrapJS is probably not loaded.

Add this at the end of your index.html
