I have small script in Python that use files from GPS Logger Android application.

Answered 2020-Dec-25 at 16:52The GPS reference tags are important when the location is in the western and/or southern hemisphere or if the altitude is below sea level. Assuming that your CVS file would properly show a negative number in those cases, all you have to do with exiftool would be to set the ref tags with the same value. Exiftool will automatically figure out the correct reference direction from the coordinates.
Using part of your example script, you should be able to do this to properly set the references

Sign up for an account with [OpenStreetMap](https://openstreetmap.org) and log in. Click on 'oauth settings'. Click on 'Register your application'. Fill in the form with these details. After registering the application, you will receive a 'Consumer Key' and a 'Consumer Secret'. Place the keys in OSMJob.java and OpenStreetMapManager.java.
Sign up for an account with Dropbox.com. Go to the [Dropbox Developers page](https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps) and click on 'Create an App'. Use these settings, but choose a unique name. After creating the app, you will receive an app key and secret (the ones in the screenshot are fake).
