Just open the index.html file to access the website's content. Most of the tests and demos should work fine loaded from the local hard drive, but some (listed below) will only work properly from a proper server. All materials by me (David Powell) are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License (CC BY-NC-SA), which you can read more about at Materials not by me are documented in the Copyright Information section of the root page, and are mostly media taken from CC and PD sources.
