For the IDE to be able to resolve the plugin - it must be located inside the local Maven repository. Does it exist there?

To make sure the plugin of the specified version has been downloaded into local Maven repository - you can execute any maven goal of this plugin. Then Maven will download it from the remote Maven repository into your local Maven repository and IDE will be able to resolve it.

Install fe-build

Check default settings for specific parts in: CONFIG. First config that you need to adapt are probably Source and Bundle paths. Default values are src and dist directories. I f you have different structure, override this values in .febuild file. Default source file suffix is *.souorce.*. On first run of NPM build task, no files will be processed, because there is no match with default settings. To update default settings add .febuild file in your projectSrcDir dir.
