            I think you are including your bulma the wrong way. Instead of using a direct path, use ~ for the node modules path.

            First of all, You can't include Github scripts directly from Github.
            Make sure you have imported CSS and JS files from Bulma-Carousel, jQuery and Bulma.

            Then, initialize Bulma-Carousel like this:
