To start TestRPC, type "testrpc" in terminal. (if DONE step 2)
Run Lite Server: npm run dev
Deploy smart contract ('contract/ReceiptSystem.col') by using http://remix.ethereum.org/
Update config (view below)
Visit localhost site. (http://localhost:3000 - default port:3000)
