How to Config Javascript ' script in Django?
            Asked 2021-Jun-16 at 02:47

I built an app using Django 3.2.3., but when I try to settup my javascript code for the HTML, it doesn't work. I have read this post Django Static Files Development and follow the instructions, but it doesn't resolve my issue.

Also I couldn't find TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS, according to this post no TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS in django, from 1.7 Django and later, TEMPLATE_CONTEXT_PROCESSORS is the same as TEMPLATE to config django.core.context_processors.static but when I paste that code, turns in error saying django.core.context_processors.static doesn't exist.

I don't have idea why my javascript' script isn't working.

            The configurations are the followings

Run ‘python collectstatic’ and try again.

The way you handle static wrong, remove the static dirs in your INSTALLED_APPS out of STATIC_DIRS and set a STATIC_ROOT then collectstatic again.

Add the following as django documentation to your

allowedOrigins = ["http://localhost:3000"] should coresponds with your frontend app.Check all routes. BTW: If it's a public API you can turn off this filter.

postfix and openJDK 11: "No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)"

I know there are some other questions (with answers) to this topic. But no of these was helpful for me.

I have a postfix server (postfix 3.4.14 on debian 10) with following configuration (only the interesting section):

Here I'm wondering about the line [in s_client]
            New, TLSv1/SSLv3, Cipher is ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384

You're apparently using OpenSSL 1.0.2, where that's a basically useless relic. Back in the days when OpenSSL supported SSLv2 (mostly until 2010, although almost no one used it much after 2000), the ciphersuite values used for SSLv3 and up (including all TLS, but before 2014 OpenSSL didn't implement higher than TLS1.0) were structured differently than those used for SSLv2, so it was important to qualify the ciphersuite by the 'universe' it existed in. It has almost nothing to do with the protocol version actually used, which appears later in the session-param decode:

Angular and ASP.NET Core MVC: "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'" for index file references when deployed
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 06:41

I have an application using ASP.NET Core MVC and an Angular UI framework.

I can run the application in IIS Express Development Environment without issue. When I switch to the IIS Express Production environment or deploy to an IIS host, my index referenced files cannot be read showing a browser error:

            Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

These pages look like they are loading the index page as opposed to the .js or .css files.

Here is a snippet of the underlying runtime.js as it should be loaded into browser, it is not loaded with index.html.

pg_wal folder on standby node not removing files (postgresql-11)
            Asked 2021-Jun-14 at 15:00

I have master-slave (primary-standby) streaming replication set up on 2 physical nodes. Although the replication is working correctly and walsender and walreceiver both work fine, the files in the pg_wal folder on the slave node are not getting removed. This is a problem I have been facing every time I try to bring the slave node back after a crash. Here are the details of the problem:

postgresql.conf on master and slave/standby node

            Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 15:00

You didn't describe omitting pg_replslot during your rsync, as the docs recommend. If you didn't omit it, then now your replica has a replication slot which is a clone of the one on the master. But if nothing ever connects to that slot on the replica and advances the cutoff, then the WAL never gets released to recycling. To fix you just need to shutdown the replica, remove that directory, restart it, (and wait for the next restart point to finish).

Do they need to go to wal_archive folder on the disk just like they go to wal_archive folder on the master node?

No, that is optional not necessary. It is set by archive_mode = always if you want it to happen.

Use IO when creating Xmonad configuration (keymap depends on number of connected monitors)
            Asked 2021-Jun-14 at 10:51

I'm trying to set up different Xmonad key mappings depending on the number of connected monitors. The reason is that I use the same Xmonad config file on multiple systems (desktops, a laptop with different monitor configurations including 3 displays). Displays are listed in a different order on different systems, that's why I need to hardcode display indices when using a 3 monitor setup.

My current best try is something like that (everything that is not relevant has been removed):

            Answered 2021-Jun-14 at 10:51

not too familiar with Xmonad but you can easily do the following I guess. create a pure function mkConfig which takes the number of screens and returns the desired key mapping. Then, in your main pass it to xmonad function. I haven't tried to compile any of this but probably you can modify it easily
