Install Python 2.7
Install Django
Install Django Rest Framework
See instructions in docker branch. You will want to make the database and import before you start the docker container.
Make migrations: python manage.py makemigrations
Migrate: python manage.py migrate
Import teams and features from CSV files: python manage.py import_teams and python manage.py import_features
Set DEBUG setting in saturn/settings.py to true: DEBUG = True
Run server: python manage.py runserver
Navigate to 127.0.0.1:8000 and enjoy :bowtie:
