            QUESTION

            Base64 string when send to server adding some characters

            I am working on an application and I am sending base64 encoded string of images to server. The string is correct and when I copy the string from XCode debugger window and generate image from PHP it generates a proper valid image. But When I send the same string through webservice it is adding some extra characters in the string and the image gets corrupted.

            How to get these extra characters removed from this string.

            Here is the base64 string for the image from XCode debugger:

            As mentioned in the comments, every 64 chars a "rn" is inserted. Also, "+" are replaced with " ". Let's reverse that.
