Install custom-dominion-stats

http://localhost:8000/client/?devMode=prod - this will load game logs from production. http://localhost:8000/client/?devMode=local - this will load game logs from the local sample json file.
Clone this repo, navigate to the root.
Run npm install - please ensure your editor is configured to use editorconfig and eslint.
Run npm run start-dev - this will start the webpack-dev-server on port 4000.
