I have recently upgraded from angular 7 to angular 8.2.14, along with the PrimeNG version upgraded to 8.0.0, and the Application working in all the browsers except the internet explorer

I got it solved by changing the version of @angular/cdk to "8.2.1". Since Datatable Module of PrimeNg uses this internally.

I have such a drag-and-drop problem. I've used the library of dragula. I want to limit the number of elements going to the drop-area to two. Like this:

if the number of elements is less than two in drop-area allow to add a new element from draggable;
if there are two elements in drop-area, the user can add another element if only he/she returns one of the elements from drop-area to draggable.

There are a variety of ways you can approach this based on the various events available in the dragula api.

You can use the on('drop', callback) event and check the length of children and use cancel().

I've also used the on('over') event to change class on drop zone and on('cancel') to remove it.

There are lots of available events you can play with to make the UI more intuitive as needed

Your issue comes from the fact that you are not accessing the value of the ref, i.e. dragFrom.value and dragTo.value when passing them into the dragula() function. Remember that when you create a reactive and mutable ref object, you will need to access its inner value using the .value property.

I reduced the size from 8.34 MB to 1.7 MB by doing what i already did. This :

ng build --prod --aot --build-optimizer && gzipper compress ./dist

And by configuring my web server to use this : (apache)
