I am developing a "Vue" application which is basically an order form. In the final step, if you choose to pay directly you are redirected to a secure payment page, opening a new tab in the browser.

Http request to firebase does not work (flutter)

I want to do a post request to firebase realtime database. It is open space, so I dont need any authentication.

When I send a post request the Data does change on my simulator but is not added to firebase:.

Here is the code where I am calling the request from (in the void addNew method):

Please make your addNew function async and add an await before http.post, so that it waits for the data to be posted and then notifies listners.
