QUESTION
I am trying to make the ShiftNav menu plugin to apply Lock Scroll
- aka lock_body
in source code - on a new theme, which should make the-shifted-to-the right-by-the-opened-menu-content locked on y-scroll - obviously, (tested on previous theme). This option will work if the Shift Body will be enabled, which I did.
In these conditions the Lock Scroll it doesn't work. I've tried to fix the header
and other elements in position using position: fixed !important;
but as soon as the left menu will open, the header
logo
, etc, will go up at scroll.
The theme and the plugin have plenty of js
, css
, code; I really can't reproduce this into a fiddle, I have no knowledge to do this, sorry to being off MCVE, but I can provide a live link, and the sequences that should produce the lock scroll at menu-open.
In settings.config.php
it looks like this (the bottom part)

I'm trying to have a photo caption at the bottom of my header image. I found the following code to make that tooltip, but it doesn't work for mobile.

Answered 2017-Jun-01 at 15:58This is likely not the most elegant, but it worked for me. I get a data-toggle
tooltip, which can be formatted in CSS code with the class selector .tooltip {}
and appears with mouse over on large devices, and then when on smaller devices, I can press and hold to get the normal title text.
Solution:
In Joomla I have two different Jumi scripts, one to create the data-toggle tooltips at the top of each module:
QUESTION
osvaldas.info/elegant-css-and-jquery-tooltip-responsive-mobile-friendly Does anyone have experience with this tool tip ? seems to work really well - but the way i have it set up, the tool tip 'lingers' after a form button (image) is clicked A script is called to a small section of the page and users make a selection. The tool tip explains the selection options.
The page is not refreshed - data is sent to a db and a 'confirmation' is displayed.
Problem is the tool tip lingers but would like it to clear after the users clicks

QUESTION
How do I crop my selected picture?
I've written web page that gives the user a choice to replace their current picture with a picture inside a carousel.
...ANSWER
Answered 2017-Feb-09 at 13:29Apparently, rcrop doesn't like to change properties or subject on the fly, and the destroy method is pretty messy, as it sometimes deletes the original object or leaves the preview display behind.
So, to avoid that, I changed a bit the behaviour to delete the remains and then recreate the image and attach it to the rcrop again.
Due to the size limit of the answers and not being able to upload the js and css of rcrop, i made this Codepen: http://codepen.io/LordNeo/pen/XpxVVv
Here is the relevant parts so you can check for modifications, for working example see the above CodePen.

Install responsive-mobile
PHP requires the Visual C runtime (CRT). The Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019 is suitable for all these PHP versions, see visualstudio.microsoft.com. You MUST download the x86 CRT for PHP x86 builds and the x64 CRT for PHP x64 builds. The CRT installer supports the /quiet and /norestart command-line switches, so you can also script it.
