Creating an infinite loop with a sequenced CSS SVG animation
            Asked 2020-Mar-11 at 10:06

I'm having real trouble getting the sequence of animations below to run infinitely. To put you fully in the picture: I have a monitor image as the background and three separate images in faded overlay via the opacity attribute.

The problem is, when I set the iteration value to be greater than 1, on the second run, the image stays on the 'screen', it doesn't fade out to make way for the next image. I've experimented with 'alternate', 'infinite' and so on to no avail.

I think the problem might lie with the end opacity state being 0 but my brain can't reason it out. Grateful for any pointers. Perhaps JS would be needed?
