QUESTION
Here is my overall problem: I am trying to build a tf.data.Dataset containing images. I am reading the imageIds (filenames) from a csv-file to be able to combine them with the corresponding label also found in the same csv-file. CSV-file Screenshot
...ANSWER
Answered 2020-Jun-27 at 11:16So to give a solution to myself and others who might stumble upon it. I reshaped the dataset after creation so the Tensors inside would have the shape of a scalar again.

Install ship-detection
You can use ship-detection like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
