QUESTION
I am trying to assign the return values of getItem
and getBuyingType
to the self
variables in the __init__
method in my Ebay Scraper function. How can I do this? If it's not possible, is there another way to assign the outputs of these two functions to be part of the Ebay Scraper class? Item should be assigned to self.item
and buying_type
to self.buying_type
.
ANSWER
Answered 2020-Jan-16 at 19:16You can call functions inside __init__
method

Install ebayScraper
You can use ebayScraper like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
