QUESTION
When linking my hdf5
code I get the following error. Any ideas what I have done wrong.
The command I am using:

Answered 2018-Apr-26 at 14:08Please remove all -L/...a
to start with. Add one single -L/local/hulfeldl/hdf5/lib
leave all -lhdf...
in the command. And retry.
For runtime please run the following before you run your program.

Install meshtool
You can use meshtool like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
