Answered 2020-Dec-06 at 17:29I don't know why anaconda is updating the version of python in your case, but I think you can prevent it by forcing the python version of your new virtual environment by typing:
conda create --name py37 Python==3.7
There is a detailed description about it in the anaconda documentation

QUESTION
I'm trying to update my GPG.
...ANSWER
Answered 2018-Jan-25 at 11:51GPG and GPG2 are released as seperate packages. You can use GPG2 through the gpg2
command.
If it's a problem, you can create an alias in ~/.bashrc

Install gpgkeys
You can use gpgkeys like any standard Python library. You will need to make sure that you have a development environment consisting of a Python distribution including header files, a compiler, pip, and git installed. Make sure that your pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date. When using pip it is generally recommended to install packages in a virtual environment to avoid changes to the system.
