To get more accurate saliency maps, recent methods mainly focus on aggregating multi-level features from fully convolutional network (FCN) and introducing edge information as auxiliary supervision. Though remarkable progress has been achieved, we observe that the closer the pixel is to the edge, the more difficult it is to be predicted, because edge pixels have a very imbalance distribution. To address this problem, we propose a label decoupling framework (LDF) which consists of a label decoupling (LD) procedure and a feature interaction network (FIN). LD explicitly decomposes the original saliency map into body map and detail map, where body map concentrates on center areas of objects and detail map focuses on regions around edges. Detail map works better because it involves much more pixels than traditional edge supervision. Different from saliency map, body map discards edge pixels and only pays attention to center areas. This successfully avoids the distraction from edge pixels during training. Therefore, we employ two branches in FIN to deal with body map and detail map respectively. Feature interaction (FI) is designed to fuse the two complementary branches to predict the saliency map, which is then used to refine the two branches again. This iterative refinement is helpful for learning better representations and more precise saliency maps. Comprehensive experiments on six benchmark datasets demonstrate that LDF outperforms state-of-the-art approaches on different evaluation metrics.

Answered 2022-Apr-15 at 20:49That is just a warning message from the canmatrix library. If you don't use LIN database file (ldf files) for bus logging decoding then you can just ignore it.
If you really want to make it go away then just install the ldfparser package since this is required for ldf support ( see https://github.com/ebroecker/canmatrix/blob/6ed291b73a5824e367615c99ee1b4e6084eb026e/setup.py#L98)

I am using R to calculate whole lake temperatures at every timestamp from the open water season.
I have loggers at various depths logging temperature every 10 minutes.
Each data frame for each lake has over 100k entries with over 10k different timestamps.
This is how I have solved this using a for loop. However, the code is extremely inefficient and it takes a couple of hours per lake depending how deep it is (deeper lakes have more loggers).
Example below resembles what my data look like. Running the script on the example goes fast, but takes hours on real data.
There should be a more effective way of doing this, with some apply-family function but idk how.

I have multiple files under the folder of "rawdata", after read them and assigned them as seperated dataset, i also want to rename them from "dataset 1 a.csv" to "dataset1".
I wrote the code that achieve the first goal,using the first loop read all files as a list, then use the second loop to unset the list: ldf. But I don't know where I should add the code to let R change all file's name at once? I tried to add str_replace_all (names(ldf)," ", "-") at different places, but all returned wrong outputs, and it cannot solve the issue of getting rid of ".csv". Thanks a lot~~

Answered 2022-Jan-29 at 05:04I'm not sure the pattern of the name you want to replace, but if it is blank-number-blank-letter.csv, use gsub to remove. You then appear to want to add the index to the name, so paste0 with index i.
I'm not sure how you will import,but can use read.csv
Assign will assign the name.

I am a newbie in SQL Server, I have a task to move the whole SQL Server to another.
I am trying to estimate how much space I need in the new SQL Server.
I ran EXEC sp_spaceused
And the following came up:
When I look into the output, it seems that the Database is using ~122GB (reserved), but when looking in the total database size (mdf + ldf) it is ~1.8 TB.
Does that mean when I copy the Database from the existing SQL Server to a new one I will need ~1.8 TBs into the new?
I am thinking about creating a back-up and copy the back-up to the new Server. How does the back-up takes into consideration the unallocated space? Does the back gets closer to the reserved or the database_size? I understand that this is without taking into consideration the uncompressed in the back-up, which will improve the file size.

Answered 2021-Oct-25 at 16:35The backup file will be much smaller than 1.8TB, since unallocated pages are not backed up. But the log and data files themselves will be restored to an identical size, so you will need 1.8TB on the target in order to restore the database in its current state.
Did you check to see if your log file is large due to some uncontrolled growth that happened at some point and is maybe no longer necessary? If this is where all your size is, it's quite possible you can fix this before the move. Make sure you have a full backup and take at least one log backup, then use DBCC SHRINKFILE
to bring the log file back into the right stratosphere, especially if it was caused by either a one-time abnormal event or a prolonged log backup neglect that has now been addressed.
I really don't recommend copying/moving the mdf/ldf files (background) or using the SSMS UI to "do a copy" since you can have much greater control over what you're actually doing by using proper BACKUP DATABASE
and RESTORE DATABASE
commands.
How do I verify how much of the log data is being used?
If you're taking regular log backups (or are in simple recovery), it should usually be a very small % of the file. DBCC SQLPERF(LogSpace);
will tell you % in use for all log files.
To minimize the size that the log will require in the backup file itself, then:
- if full recovery, back up the log first.
- if simple recovery, run a couple of
CHECKPOINT;
commands first.
