iOS, Swift 3 - UISearchBar disappears when I click on Cancel after returning from Detail View
            Asked 2017-Dec-03 at 10:32

I have a tableView in a containerView. Programmatically added a searchBar to it. Everything works fine, except for the case: When I tap on a cell, while the tableView is filtered by the searchBar, and then I return from the detailView (that was presented via push segue) and then I dismiss the searchBar (cancel button), then the searchBar disappears. Mysteriously, when I debug it on the console, the searchBar object is still there and it is still the headerView of the tableView... Anybody has an idea, what could cause this problem, and how to fix it?

            javascript_setInterval in combination with mouseenter
            Asked 2017-Apr-14 at 19:33

Here I have a really simple animation:

If you move over the area (300 x 250px), four pics will move from left to right (one after another). The problem is, that the setInterval getting faster the more often I move over the area.

I think the problem is the setInterval in combination with the event mouseenter ...but I dont know how to solve the problem.

Each time your mouseenter event gets hit, you're resetting all your variables, but more importantly - your interval.

Define your variables outside of all the events, and make sure you only set your interval if it hasn't already been set. Additionally, your interval has no end. You should really consider stopping it once your animation is complete.

I've moved your animation to a function to neaten things up slightly, and cleared your interval once the animation is complete by using clearInterval().
