            Trying to set up a react web app but keep running into this error after trying to implement semantic-UI by putting import "semantic-ui-css/semantic.min.css"; in index.jsx.

            I npm installed css-loader and style-loader as thats the error I was getting prior to this new error.

            My guess is a webpack.config needs to be adjusted to handle the loaders differently but I'm unsure on how to proceed with this.

            we're converting the frontend of a django (backend) app to react and using node and webpack to build the dependencies. all the frontend code is in a /frontend folder in the app.

            because heroku's node buildpack only looks at app root, I've added a root package.json to guide it to the right build path:

            it was a static file issue - the template tags were not rendering the correct static file path (we followed django-webpack-loader docs as outline here: https://github.com/owais/django-webpack-loader).
