The problem is that your CSS selectors include parentheses () and dollar signs $. These symbols already have a special meaning. See:

You can escape these characters using a backslash \.

You can use sort -V command to consider the proper versioning of files and then invoke copy command on each file one by one or a list of files at a time.

            ls | sort -V

If you're on a GNU system, you can also use ls -v. This won't work in MacOS.

SSM Send Command Failed,Is it possible to run ssm command from one aws account to another
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 10:06

I have the Jenkins node in Account A that builds the angular application For Deploying the dist folder I need to copy files from s3 to the angular instance. But the angular Instance is in Account B

            Script:

            aws --region us-west-2 ssm send-command --instance-ids i-xxxxxx --document-name AWS-RunShellScript --comment 'Deployment from Pipeline xxx-release-pipeline' --cloud-watch-output-config 'CloudWatchOutputEnabled=true,CloudWatchLogGroupName=SSMDocumentRunLogGroup' --parameters '{"commands":["aws --region us-west-2 s3 cp s3://xxxx/dist/*.zip /var/www/demo.com/html", "unzip -q *.zip"]}' --output text --query Command.CommandId

So when I run ssm send-command from node(in Account A) it shows Invalid Instance Id.

An error occurred (InvalidInstanceId) when calling the SendCommand operation

            Jenkins node -> Account A Angular Instance(with ssm agent) -> Account B

In the pipeline for deploy stage I need to copy files from s3 to instance in Account B Is there a way to implement this use case in a better way with or without ssm?

I don't think you can directly run run-command accross account. But you could run in through AWS Systems Manager Automation. In your automation document you can use aws:runCommand.

This is possible because SSM Automation supports cross-account and cross-region deployments.

I looked into the wsdl files but I just don't understand why it doesn't accept my action.

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-13 at 09:11

It's hard to tell from what you posted why you are getting an error, so I can only add some information that can hopefully allow you to troubleshoot the issue.

Your message has WS-Addressing headers, being one of them. The value of this field should be specified in the WSDL if your WSDL also includes WS-Addressing Metadata information, or should be specified in the documentation of the web service you are invoking. Your error message "XML Request is not well formed, Action does not exist" seems to indicate that there might be an issue with this field, but there is another action that SOAP services have which is a SOAP action. I asked about it in the comment above to make sure it's eliminated as a source of problems. In SOAP 1.1 it's called SOAPAction and is a separate HTTP header, while in SOAP 1.2 it's an action parameter on the HTTP Content-Type header. Based on the http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope namespace, you have a SOAP 1.2 message.

With these explanations layed out, I suggest you take the WSDL and feed it to SoapUI who can generate sample requests that you can use to invoke the web service. If the WSDL also contains WS-Addressing Metadata, SoapUI should be able to pick it up and help you fill in the values you need. If not, look again through the WSDL for Action elements (make sure you differentiate between the SOAP Action and the WS-Addressing Action using their XML namespaces) or through the service documentation.

Once you get a succesfull call using SoapUI, then try to duplicate it with your code. At that point you can again use SoapUI to troubleshoot things and inspect your code built message to see it resembles the one you can successfully send with SoapUI.

Hope this helps get you closer to a resolution.

            QUESTION

Building and Deploying depending on front or backend changes in Gitlab
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 05:30

I'm starting to use gitlab CI/CD pipeline but have some doubts regarding the output of the building process if i was to have a project(Repo) and inside this project I have the front and backend separated by the project structure, ex:

            CarProject

            .gitlab-ci.yml

            |__FrontEndCarProject

            |__BackendCarProject

let's say that every time I change something in the frontend I would need to build it and deploy it to S3, but there is no need to build the backend (java application) and deploy it to elastic beanstalk (and vice versa for when i change the backend)..Is there a way to check where the changes have been made(FrontEndCarProject/BackendCarProject) using GitLab and redirect the .gitlab-ci.yml to a script file depending on if a have to deploy to S3 or elastic beanstalk?

            Just trying

Note: another way is just to manually change the yml file depending on where i want to deploy..but is there a way to autodetect this and automated?

            .gitlab-ci.yml

Just to get the idea, heres an example that would run in a linear way, but how can i conditionally build/deploy(depending on my front or backend)? should i keep them in different repos for simplicity? is it a good practice?

            ...

            ANSWER

            Answered 2021-Jun-15 at 05:30

If your frontend and backend can be built and deployed seperately, than you can use rules:changes to check if a change happened and need:optional to only deploy the respective built libraries.

I wanted to make a circle cursor and I copied the code from codepen

The code is not working in repl.it

I am not sure what I am missing, but I am pretty sure it has to do with the tags. Any help would be much appreciated.

            My Output:

The cursor stays at the top left and does not move at all for some reason

Is there a way to write 3 dimensional array from CPLEX to Excel?
            Asked 2021-Jun-14 at 09:01

I'm having a result array of X[k][i][j] (with k in Day range from 1 to 365, i in Task range from 1 to 200 and j in Repetition range from 0 to 365).

I know how to write a 2 dimensional array from cplex to excel but 3 dimensional array to excel seems like a problem.

Is there a way to write a 3 dimensional array from cplex to excel? I tried to use the method from this link but then it said that the constraint is conflict (Maybe because of my j range from 0 to 365?)
