This application is a cross-OS solution to creating zip files for distribution and fetching files via HTTP(S). Problem formatting text from captions using regular expressions
            Asked 2020-Mar-01 at 21:00

I'm trying to get the captions text to analyze it but I'm stuck trying to get the subtitles text in a readable way. I'm using regular expressions to get the captions numbers, captions time and captions speech. When it gets to the speech I get a lot of blank lines because the subtitles are set up like the image. So I just want to create a list that only contains the speech and not no the blank lines. The list that I'm getting is in an image too.

Here's a sample from the captions too:

I recommend you scan the text as a whole and not the individual lines. Also you can use groups in your pattern to capture and contain data. I would read the data as follows:

Can't get some buttons to work
            Asked 2018-May-27 at 19:24

Below is some code I need to fix. I fixed some of the errors, but I cant get the 3 buttons to work. They are the random facts buttons, the colors orange pink and green button, and the grow and shrink button.

I posted the code below, the html seems right to me, and the css too. I am betting on the Javascript to be wrong for the buttons, but I just don't see what part of it could be incorrect. This is due to my inexperience but I am pretty sure I fixed all the HTML errors.

I need to make a clickable list in jquery.

what I need to do is to make it so that any user clicking on the list item runs an actual AJAX request.

I'm stuck on the on click function I create and i'm not sure what to do next

Do i need to add the JSON file to?
