diff-match-patch | PHP port of the Google 's diff-match-patch library | Mock library

I am trying to deploy my Python app on Heroku, but have been unsuccessful. It seems that a problem is occurring with the PyICU package, which I'm unsure how to correct. I've confirmed that this is the only issue with my deployment; when I remove PyICU from my requirements file, everything works. But of course my site can't work without it.

Can anyone please guide me in how to correctly install this package on Heroku? I've tried various methods, including downloading the .whl file and then adding that to my requirements file, but then I get another error:

ERROR: PyICU-2.7.3-cp38-cp38m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform. I don't understand why - it's the correct Python and os version.

Here are the relevant excerpts from the build log:

1. I am working with ngb-datepicker which is working fine if no initial values or predefined values are set but when trying to use it formControlName or with [(ngModel)] with an existing predefined value the predefined or initial value is not setting on the redenied view. Imagine this as a scenario of editing a form or record with prefilled values. Other formControls with text and numbers are working as intended.
2. I am using NgbStruct Model but still not working.
3. I tried and debugged the code the value are getting assigned to the form control in a patchValue method and in the format of NgbStruct but not seen in the rendered view
4. I tried to implement similar scenario in example provided in stack blitz by ng-bootstrap it is working fine there

I've built this telegram bot yesterday, and it ran smoothly on Heroku.

However, today I added a new package python-google-places and I attempted to push to Heroku but received the following errors in Heroku's log:

I've written a web scraper in Python and I have a ton (thousands) of files that are extremely similar, but not quite identical. The disk space used currently used by the files is 1.8 GB, but if I compress them into a tar.xz, they compress to 14.4 MB. I want to be closer to that 14.4 MB than the 1.8 GB.

Here are some things I've considered:

I could just use tarfile in Python's standard library and store the files there. The problem with that is I wouldn't be able to modify the files within the tar without recompressing all of the files which would take a while.

I could just use the difflib in Python's standard library, but I've found that this library doesn't offer any way of applying "patches" to recreate the new file.

I could use Google's diff-match-patch Python library, but when I was reading the documentation, they said "Attempting to feed HTML, XML or some other structured content through a fuzzy match or patch may result in problems.", well considering I wanted to use this library to more efficiently store HTML files, that doesn't sound like it'll help me.

So is there a way of saving disk space when storing a large amount of similar HTML files?

I am was getting an error while docker is in step 7 i.e,

Step 7/23 : RUN pip wheel --no-cache-dir --no-deps --wheel-dir /usr/src/app/wheels -r requirements.txt

I was able to update the Dockerfile.prod to conquer this error, but i am getting another error in step 21

Step 21/26 : RUN pip install --no-cache /wheels/*
