kandi X-RAY | pkgr Summary

pkgr is a R library typically used in User Interface, Frontend Framework, React applications. pkgr has no bugs, it has no vulnerabilities and it has low support. You can download it from GitHub.

pkgr is a rethinking of the way packages are managed in R. Namely, it embraces the declarative philosophy of defining ideal state of the entire system, and working towards achieving that objective. Furthermore, pkgr is built with a focus on reproducibility and auditability of what is going on, a vital component for the pharmaceutical sciences + enterprises.

Package Vue frontend in Go binary
            Asked 2020-Sep-22 at 13:21

I am trying to serve my frontend using the Gin framework. It is a small project which would make maintenance easier having it as a single binary.

The project structure looks like this:

            ...

The problem is when you deploy the project to Heroku (I supposed you are using Heroku because of the tag you are using) it compiles the Go to a binary.

The binary is running in the root folder of the project and ../frontend is not in the same path as the development enviroment anymore.

            Install pkgr

On MacOS, we recommend using Homebrew to install pkgr.
To install pkgr on Linux systems, use the following commands:.
Pkgr for Windows is supported, but we have not yet published on a Windows-compatible package manager like Chocolatey. For now, follow the steps below to install on Windows:.
Navigate to the latest release on GitHub
            Download the windows tarball
Extract the contents of the windows tarball using a utility such as 7zip. If using 7zip, you may need to extract "twice" (once for the gzip layer, once for the tar layer). Ultimately, you're trying to pull out the pkgr.exe file. The destination folder should be on your Windows PATH. You may need to modify your Windows PATH environment variable to make this happen. If you do not already have a preferred way of accomplishing the above, we suggest creating a folder called "apps" in your home directory, then adding the "apps" directory to your PATH. From there, simply make sure that the pkgr.exe file from the tarball ends up in your "apps/" directory.
