rocker | R configurations for Docker | Continuous Deployment library

I’m looking for the proper or available way to do artifact handling and storage

I’m using Gitlab CI/CD as my terraform planning and deployment method. I have two stages: plan, and apply.

In stage ‘plan’ it creates the plan file per project directory, and at the end it stores the artifacts of each project directory. So the plan files that were created, and a file that contains a list of directories that were run.

In order for users to apply the changes, they have to submit a merge request, and once approved, it’ll against the main branch.

This runs the stage apply, where ideally what I want it to do is pull down the artifact and apply.

Except because now it’s a pipeline running on the main branch, there’s no artifact for it to pull down.

I'm building a WebApp with a SQL DB as Backend. I'm Deploying the both parts on Azure, as Azure Webapp and SQL Server.

The SQL server is sercured with Azure AD (AAD). So only Users in a Group can access the DB.

So I'm trying to setup a workflow where the Webapp login the user and collect his Access token. And then uses the token to Query the SQL server.

I've registreted the App in AAD, where it is authorized to read the user ID and impersonate as the user.

I've the following code which is working local. But I can't get it to work deployed locally in a Docker Image.

I'm having problems with a package that may be solved by rolling back to bionic. With the new modular rocker system it seems like the following would work based on their build on 18.04. When I build this with a hello world shiny app I just get shiny_server exited with code 0.

In java8 we are using Rocker template with plugin com.fizzed:rocker-gradle-plugin:0.24.0. We are trying upgrade to Java 11,but compilation is failing with the exception **> Task :generateRockerTemplateSource FAILED FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

• What went wrong: Execution failed for task ':generateRockerTemplateSource'.

Unsupported javaVersion [11.]**

Has anyone used rocker template in Java11,please help.

I want to use H2O's Sparkling Water on multi-node clusters in Azure Databricks, interactively and in jobs through RStudio and R notebooks, respectively. I can start an H2O cluster and a Sparkling Water context on a rocker/verse:4.0.3 and a databricksruntime/rbase:latest (as well as databricksruntime/standard) Docker container on my local machine but currently not on a Databricks cluster. There seems to be a classic classpath problem.

I was playing with "which" and "echo" commands and I got this strange "not found" at the end of some outputs when using "which", "echo" shows no issue.
