Android Build Tools 3.1.1 failed build finished with non-zero exit value 1

When I updated Android Studio
to 3.1.1
version I got finished with non-zero exit value 1
error. I found out that it problem with com.android.tools.build:gradle
because when I switch back to 3.0.1
build finished successfully.
