I'm trying to set a variable
to a specific voice channel
so that I can always have the bot work in the same channel rather than whatever channel the user is in. I'm new to js and writing discord bots. Most of my code is from here.

Although since it may conflict upon using methods such as parseInt()

Here's my problem I wanted to host my discord bot written in python hosted in heroku before it hosted in repl.it it work fine though, and then when I host to heroku I INSTALLED everything I need to work and look like it don't play sound....
