Are you sure the bot has access to that channel?
This is because if the client is not able to see the channel, it will give you an undefined back

Are you sure the ID in of the channel in your config is a String?
discord.js needs a Snowflake in the ChannelManager.get() method

Maybe try this instead of .get()

i want to fix it and i want like when user1 give user2 a role name zzz and user1 dont have ccc role bot remove role zzz from user2 bec user1 dont have ccc role ...

The error in this part. if(!hasRole(ex, "ccc"))return newMember.removeRole( role25 ); executor its a user, you need get member from user.

Better check role like this.
