Can anyone suggest why scrollTop is not scrolling to the top of the correct div?

jQuery's offset() gets the coordinates of the element relative to the document.

So, for example, you're setting the scroll position of .wrapperright to the distance between the top of the document and the top of #generationanxiety. That doesn't seem to be the value you want.

Also note that the offset of #generationanxiety changes as .wrapperright scrolls.
So scrollTop of .wrapperright is set to a different value depending on its current scroll position.

I suggest adding the scrollTop position of .wrapperright to the offset top of the target element:

Install contact-sheet

To use this script, you will need to copy the entire Contact Sheet folder to your Illustrator scripts folder, then restart Illustrator. Follow the steps below to install.
Unzip the Contact Sheet ZIP archive.
Copy the Contact Sheet folder to Adobe Illlustrator/Presets/{language}/Scripts/ where {language} is your chosen language. For example, if you have a US version of Illustrator this will be en_US.
Restart Illustrator
Once Illustrator restarts, verify that the script was installed by going to File > Scripts > Contact Sheet
