Is there a way to do conditional select statements in SQLite?
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 19:54

I am trying to create an app in which the user has the option to query the database by entering information into one of two entry boxes. I want to be able to use a single select statement and conditionally query the database based on what box the user enter their information into. I currently am trying to use a CASE clause, but I believe that it is running into an error when I try to include a WHERE clause in the THEN argument. Here is what I am currently working with:

Change the colour of a specific area of a picture onclick
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 18:27

I am a beginner learning from a tutorial on how to change the colour of a selected area of a picture with a range of colour options.

I can figure out how to change one area, but unsure how to implement the other areas.

What I want to achieve is to click on the selected area, it highlights the border (CSS), then change the colour by using the colour options.

What is the best way to implement this? I'm I correct in thinking maybe a switch statement with onclick to select the specific area of the picture?

You could try having a "select" function run when you click on one of the areas. This function would "highlight" the area (border-color), and save the id of the area in a variable.

Then when you click on the color swatches another function would run that will take the value previously saved id and select the HTML element based on that.

custom valueboxes in R Shiny are compressed with large white spaces in between them
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 14:44

I'm trying to make custom valueboxes in R Shiny. I've discovered how to change the color of the background, but something is making my value boxes stubby and leaving large gaps in between them. I'd like to display 3 on a line ideally, but even with a width of 4, they appear squished. How can I get them to have more of the red with just a small gap of white in between.

Below is a reproducible example as well as a screenshot.

I have attempted to add a couple things or change the way the program is structured, but nothing I have done so far has helped.

When you're stuck on a problem, it never hurts to go back and consult the documentation.

            You'll find information like this:

A border layout lays out a container, arranging and resizing its components to fit in five regions: north, south, east, west, and center. Each region may contain no more than one component, and is identified by a corresponding constant: NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, WEST, and CENTER. When adding a component to a container with a border layout, use one of these five constants...

How to drag html shapes into mxgraph canvas
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 11:32

I want to drag and drop those 3 shapes into mxgraph canvas (which is the black area).

Note: I want to fully preserve the drag element on the canvas, including shape, size, color, text, etc.

I don't know whether insertVertex does it work. Dragging the orange, red or other box in to the dark area currently does not work.

Instead of adding them in some variable save them inside array . So , in below code i have added function call addAttributes whenever your sno is checked . Then , as we are not having docCodes there you can loop through checked checkboxes inside dialog and then push them inside array .

Positioning a line with text between two divs
            Asked 2021-Jun-15 at 09:40

I've been redesigning a calculator for my website and there's a feature that I'd like to add to it. I have two divs next to each other and another div that I'd like to put in between them. I've been using the float function but nothing obvious seems to work. Aside from that, the div is supposed to contain two lines over and under text (I'll elaborate a bit more later) and I'm not sure what to do to achieve this, can someone please help?

Below is an image of what my issue is (red boxes are just to show the divs).

Below is what I'm trying to achieve (red boxes are just showing each div - not actually part of the design). I want a line above and below "OR" that separates the divs on either side and it has to resize relative to the size of the whole thing. For example: if the window is resized (if that makes sense).

If you need additional information then please ask.

Previously i thought that i should click using a raycast pointer. It would be nice if i can click using raycast because the current approach is very difficult for any new users.

Additionally, sometimes mouse and keyboard inputs doesn't worked for me. This is because the 'Use Mouse' and 'Use Keyboard' check-boxes under the Simulation Panel is disabled. We have to ensure they are enabled for using mouse and keyboard for simulation inputs.
