            QUESTION

Can't access services on master node via public IP (but I can SSH?)
            Asked 2019-May-29 at 12:44

I've been toying around with kubernetes and have run into an issue. The core of my problem is that while I can access the services on the master node by curling localhost, attempting to access the same via the public ip and port doing the same on another machine (or web browser) hangs forever.

I've configured the cluster using a terraform script (runs as root):

As @Ashworth mentioned in the comment issue has been solved after appropriate service port enabled in the particular security group for the relevant master node instance.

SLF4J issues when creating a new SpringBoot project
            Asked 2018-Jun-23 at 06:07

I know there is a lot of post talking about SLF4J issues, but none of them helped me to resolve my issue.

I have created a new project with Spring Initializer with the dependencies mongoDB, web and rest and imported files downloaded into a new IntelliJ project as a module.

I can do mvn clean install and it works. But here is the error message I got when I'm running the main class :

As I tried to run another projet I've done with the same dependencies and it works just fine, so I knew it wasn't the project that cause the issue, but IntelliJ itself. So I deleted my module on IntelliJ and IntelliJ's config files (.iml file and .idea folder), I reimported the project and now it's working

To optionally build from source (you will need a newish version of Docker to do this) use Docker Compose. Optionally edit the .env file to specify an alternative image registry and version tag; see the official documentation for more information. To download the tracing module for Nginx, it needs a valid Instana agent key. Set this in the environment before starting the build. Now build all the images. If you modified the .env file and changed the image registry, you need to push the images to that registry.
